Stanley Tools – Give a Man a Man’s present
March 9, 2009 · Comments Off
So this was a piece of work we were asked to do for our friends over at Stanley Tools UK, a global company turning over billions every year and dealing with some pretty big players in the tool market. The challenge, was to produce a Direct Mail campaign that would fit seamlessly with the incumbent agency’s “Get a Man a Man’s present this Christmas” idea, that would be sent out to all of the buyers and general important people for companies like Homebase, B&Q, Travis Perkins etc to highlight the consumer ad campaign .
So we thought what better way to get their attention than actually sending them an early Christmas present of suitable tackiness!!! After trawling for truly dodgy Christmas gifts!! And we found loads, the final one that was chosen was a suitably pathetic musical tie, so we created some swing tags to catch their attention, individually wrapped them up and sent them on their way.
The campaign was such a success that requests for more of the DM pieces came flooding through the doors from the buyers.
Have a look at some of the other ideas that were produced by clicking on the Keep Reading Link, the DM peices were also accompanied with an e-flyer.

Cool Flash Game – Pipemania
March 3, 2009 · Comments Off
After the success of the Pipemania website we were asked to create a fully functioning copy of the game, but in Flash. It would be used to help spread the word of Pipemania to the masses and also act as a demonstration of the actual game if you click on the floating barrel in the website. It was an interesting and fun challenge for us as we had to mimic the game exactly.
